Communications management

The only process authorized for formal communication with suppliers is the Resource Management Process, made up of the sub-processes Purchasing Management, Supplier Management and Inventory Management.

All communications are sent via certified mail and/or via e-mail from the domain and for no reason shall personal e-mails or e-mails from a domain other than the one specified herein be used.

Therefore, the Companies shall not be responsible for information requested on supplies, quantities and/or specifications, as well as for purchase orders issued without the legal requirements and/or without the approval of the persons authorized for such purposes.

In case of new developments in communication activities where there are doubts about the legality of the information, please send a communication to the authorized Resource Management e-mails and confirm by telephone to the organization's lines.
