To access the discount it is necessary that you comply with one of the following requirements established in Article 45 of Resolution CRA 720 of 2015:

• Invoice of the last period of the domiciliary public water service, in which it can be established that there was no consumption of drinking water.
• Invoice of the last period of the domiciliary public energy service, showing a consumption lower or equal to fifty (50) kilowatts/hour - month.
• Record of the ocular inspection of the property by the public sanitation service provider, showing that the property has been vacated.
• Letter of acceptance from the person providing the domiciliary public water supply service of the suspension of the service by mutual agreement.
